Sound like you?
- I want to express my creativity through oil painting, but I'm afraid I don't have the natural talent to ever create anything worth showing off.
- I'm eager to learn a new skill like oil painting, but I worry I'll just end up wasting my time and money without seeing real progress.
- Oil painting seems like such a rewarding hobby, but the messiness and technical difficulty make it feel out of reach for someone like me who didn't grow up an artist.
If yes... then you're in good company!

"I’m a much better teacher and a much better artist because of Master Class."
“I’m doing things I never thought I’d do. Even experienced painters will learn something from the beginning. The way the program is set up with flexibility is a blessing for me. If you have the passion to really learn to paint, this is the program to go to. There are no others like it. Really!”

"I couldn’t be happier!"
"My husband used to say to me. It’s not supposed to be the “pain” of painting but the “joy of painting.” Because of the Alexander Master Class, I have found joy! I just had my paintings displayed at an art gallery where I live. I’ve sold a lot of paintings and I don’t think I could have done these things without Master Class."

How can you get more depth in your paintings? Bill shows us how to add depth to the sky using both size of objects and positioning. Think of your canvas like a dome rather than a flat surface.

Diane Andre was Bill’s first Master Artist! She traveled across America for 8 years teaching Bill’s technique (1978-1986). In 1986 Alexander Art filmed 11 shows with Diane at Bill’s home in Powell River. (You will hear Bill’s chickens in the background!) Fortunately, these shows were preserved and digitized along with about 400 more by other artists.
